American cultue on eating food

1) In an expensive restaurant American citizens eat their food gently (LONGHORN)
- people use forks, knives and spoons in these restaurants
     - They use the knife to put the food on the fork
     -They take the food from the dish using the fork and put it on their plate
-different people pay differently.
     - the father pays for the family or the mother
     - the friends pay in separate checks
     - the couple pay separate
     - it depends on the situation
-how and what do people order?
     -Some people know what is inside the menu so they order the food quickly
     - People order the appetizer first
     - the waiter asks the people about the drinks first

2) In a Junk food restaurant how is it different (BURGER KING)
-People use their hands
    -use their hands to hold the sandwich
    -use their hands to eat the fries
- how do people order
    - they go and order their meal by standing and waiting in the line
    - they order their food and drinks there.
- Where do people sit
    - They sit inside the restaurant
    -they take their food outside with them
3)At the dormitory there is a buffet
   - student go to eat from the buffet by put what they want on their plates
   - they use either their hands
   - use tools,knives,forks,spoons
   - They use a tissue to wipe their mouth
